非公開状態だからなのか、単に小カテゴリに属する商品がないからか、分からないのですが、例えばこの「木材から選ぶ」の下に小カテゴリが存在し、かつその小カテゴリに属する商品が存在してれば、こちらのページに小カテゴリが項目表示されます。
